What is Locools?
Locools is a software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform designed to help businesses manage their online reputation by directing positive reviews to Google and capturing negative feedback privately. This ensures that happy customers share their experiences publicly while any issues are addressed directly and discreetly.
Do I need a website?
No you don't, however, its highly recommend as Locools will link back to your website increasing your domain authority. The only requirement for Locools is that you have Google My Business up and running. If you need help setting up GMB, feel free to contact us below.
How does Locools work?
Locools creates a customised review page for your business. When customers leave a 4 or 5 star review, they are redirected to Google to post their review. If the rating is below 4 stars, they are prompted to fill out a feedback form, allowing you to address their concerns privately.
How long does it take to set up Locools?
Setting up Locools is quick and straightforward. Most businesses can get up and running within 10 minutes. Our intuitive setup wizard will guide you through the process, and our customer support team is always available to assist you if needed.
How does Locools handle feedback?
When a customer leaves a rating below 4 stars, they are redirected to a feedback form. This form collects detailed feedback on their experience, allowing you to understand their concerns and address them directly.
Can I customise the feedback form?
Not just yet. It's on the roadmap to allow you to customise the feedback form to suit your business needs. You will then be able add specific questions, choose the type of responses (e.g., text, multiple-choice), and even brand the form with your logo and colours.
Can you stop all negative reviews?
No we can't, in fact we're not even allowed to prevent people from accessing Google to leave a negative review, so instead we want to give your customers a place to leave the feedback they want and have it sent to you in an email and stay well clear of Google. If we can prevent a single negative review from making its way onto Google, Locools has paid for itself.
